BRP will arrange a Lynx Rave RS Race School information and training event for the owners of Lynx Rave RS snowmobiles, model years 2009 and 2010. The event will take place in Rovaniemi, Finland on 30 October 2009 just before the Kelekka Messut 2010 Fair.
"The training will offer the participants tips on how to succeed during the coming racing season" promises Janne Tapio, Project Manager of BRP Finland Oy and Snowcross World Champion from 2004 and 2005, who will act as trainer in the event. “We will give the participants first-hand information so they can maximise their performance in races. The date of the event was chosen to allow them a chance to visit the fair at the same time", Tapio continues.
The training is free of charge and arranged in English.
Lynx drivers have dominated the European snowcross circuit in the past few years. All six Snowcross World Championships, for instance, were captured by the Lynx drivers Janne Tapio (2004 and 2005), Emil Öhman (2008) and Peter Ericsonin (2006, 2007 and 2009).
