Riding an electric snowmobile is easy: lift the start button, activate the driving mode, and experience the immediate torque and power of the Rotax E-Power® electric engine. No complicated startup processes – just a quiet, seamless riding experience from the very beginning.

The electric snowmobile is very quiet compared to a traditional snowmobile with a combustion engine. The noise level while riding is so low that the driver and passenger can hear each other speaking.

Easy home charging

Level 2 charging

The electric snowmobile utilizes level 2 charging, known from electric cars. With a three-phase level 2 charger, the maximum charging power is 6.6 kW, while a level 1 household charger (230V outlet) is limited to 3.3 kW. The 8.9 kWh lithium-ion battery charges from 20% to 80% in about 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the battery temperature and charge level. Before charging, the system raises the battery temperature to 25 degrees celsius, which may extend the charging time by about 15 minutes.

Energy Recovery

Utilize kinetic energy

The Adventure Electric snowmobile features a regeneration capability for capturing kinetic energy, for example during braking and when the throttle is released downhill. An indicator on the display shows the level of power consumption and recovery: orange indicates power consumption, while blue indicates energy recovery.

Start from a charge

50 km in ideal conditions

The Adventure Electric snowmobile can achieve a range of up to 50 km* on well-maintained trails and under ideal riding conditions. To maximize range, the electric snowmobile should always start from a full charge, ensuring that the battery has reached its optimal operating temperature.

Rotax® E-Power technology

Instant power delivery

The Rotax® E-Power electric motor delivers a peak power of 47 horsepower (35 kW) to the Adventure Electric snowmobile, providing instant power. The top speed is limited to either 60 km/h or 40 km/h, depending on the programmed D.E.S.S. key for the snowmobile.

Almost maintenance-free

Cost-effective and fuss-free kilometers

The electric snowmobile is almost maintenance-free regarding the motor and transmission. Only the chain case oil needs to be changed at specified intervals, and the levels of coolant and brake fluid must be monitored.

Radien² design

The Lynx Adventure Electric snowmobile features the Radien² design familiar from other Lynx models. It is characterized by a fresh outlook and purpose-driven design and ergonomics for active riding.

*Estimated total range when the snowmobile is fully charged and operated under ideal ridingconditions. The actual range may decrease significantly (50% or more) depending on speed, carried load, snow conditions, outside temperature, accessory use, how/where you ride, charging habits, and other factors. Battery capacity also decreases with time and use which will reduce range. The estimate is based on a maximum speed of 25 km/h used during the test.
